Join us for a donation-based evening yoga class. We'll flow through a feel-good sequence designed to ground you, open you up, and leave you feeling calm, connected, and refreshed as the sun sets.

-All levels welcome, come as you are and move at your own pace.
-Bring a yoga mat, water, and a friend if you’d like!
-We’ll wrap up just in time to soak in the golden glow.

A morning power Vinyasa flow designed to leave you energized, inspired, and ready to move through your day.

✩ Sept 11 | 6pm – The Ritual Supper Club

✩ Sept 19 | 7:30am – Ritual Pilates Tone + Lattes & Pastries
Focus on core, arms, and booty in a calm, grounding session that still leaves you feeling the burn.

High-energy, intense Pilates designed to push you hard and leave your whole body on fire.

We know wellness is not a one-size-fits-all. Crave represents all types of community wellness avenues. It’s not just yoga and pilates. I wasn't expecting such a challenging pilates class, but I was very pleasantly surprised! My glutes, abs, and basically every muscle in my body was burning and shaking. This was done in the most beautiful setting and followed by an amazing lavendar latte and almond croissant. Chef's kiss!

I met Dominique at a recent event that I supported with ear seed acupressure points. Her passion for creating a community of like minded individuals is contagious. You instantly feel that with the way she sets up her events and yoga classes. I am so happy and feel so fortunate that our paths have crossed and look forward to many more events in the future!
