Run by moonlight, flow by candlelight.

Join us for a fall night that moves different. We’ll kick things off with a community run through Mission Hills, then roll right into a spooky candlelit yoga flow at Mission Hills Park (yep, the one with the little graveyard 👻).

• When: Oct 19th | dynamic warm up& stretches for run begins at 5pm please arrive a smidge early

• Yoga: Donation-based (suggested $10–35)

Start your Sunday with a little sweat and a little spooky fun. We’ll kick things off with a Halloween-themed mat Pilates class, a full hour of bodyweight movement set to festive, spooky beats to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

After class, unleash your creativity as you hand-paint your own ceramic cup, thoughtfully handcrafted by local ceramicist Isiko. Make it Halloween-inspired or design your own piece! Either way, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind cup perfect for coffee, tea, or cider all season long.

✨ Expect festive vibes, community energy, and an unforgettable morning of movement + art.

I wasn't expecting such a challenging pilates class, but I was very pleasantly surprised! My glutes, abs, and basically every muscle in my body was burning and shaking. This was done in the most beautiful setting and followed by an amazing lavendar latte and almond croissant. Chef's kiss!
