Join Crave at The New Mom School for Mommy & Me Power Pilates, a strength-based class designed to help you feel strong, supported, and connected—while your baby stays right by your side. Expect intentional movement that builds confidence and stability in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

The class includes a standing section with baby in a carrier, along with mat work while your baby rests nearby. Babies are welcome, breaks are expected, and everything is adaptable.
