Join us at New Mom School for a gentle, supportive Pilates class designed to help you rebuild strength, feel good in your body again, and connect with other moms who get it (& also your little one)!

No pressure, no perfect babies- just movement, getting out of the house, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Such a wonderful pilates class. As a new mom it is so nice being able to do an activity with a supportive group of other moms, get to move my body and sweat while also spending time with my baby! Loved every part of it! Def recommend.
